Once again Ben arrived exactly when he said he would and promptly fixed both our plumbing issues thoroughly professionally and without fuss, offering much useful information, advice and reassurance along the way. Extremely reasonable charges too for the extent and complexity of the work involved. Very highly recommended!
Ben was fantastic. He not only solved our leaky toilet problem (which I’d thought could be difficult as it’s boxed in and access was through a small cupboard ), but he offered useful advice on another bathroom problem. Hope we can use him again for a less unpleasant job.
Ben has carried out two major jobs for me - replacing a toilet and cistern and replacing a sink unit, and other minor works. He is reliable, efficient and works to a consistently high standard. Highly recommended.

Ben recently installed a new toilet and sink for us, and we are very happy with his work. He was punctual, friendly and overcame any problem with a smile. We appreciated his attention to detail and wouldn't hesitate hiring him again.

Over the years he has repaired our shower, installed an outside tap, repaired our toilet and plumbed in our new kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate to call him if anything else needed doing!Ben was absolutely brilliant. Super friendly, and great workmanship. He was also really good to communicate with, and when I messaged him in a panic, he was at my house extremely quickly. Love my new shower!

I can’t thank Ben highly enough for his first class service today. I was in a real pickle when my bathroom was blocked and flooded and he arrived quickly and fixed it. We’re very happy with the work Ben did for us. He explained everything as he went along. The inevitable challenges that came along, were delt with - with this great positive attitude, professionalism and capability. The pipe work is very neat, tidy and where it should be. Ben was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was doing with the repair.
